Who do you want the poem written for:For my sister and her family (her husband and her son)
Why do you want the poem written:Because i love my sister very much and on the coming 15th october there is her 2nd marriage anniversary and i am thousands of miles away from her and her family. And i am missing all of them very much.I want to give them such a gift on their wedding anniversary while i am in a foreign country. And i have choosen your way (a gift of poem)i liked it very much. I want to tell them that how important they are to me.The real reason behind this poem is this that these days she is having some problems in her in-laws family and she is upset, saying that she have problems in the join family , she wants to live separate with her family (her husband , she and her son), But according to Indian culture this doesn?t look good. And I want her to stay with the joint family and hold her husband?s hand , don?t make her husband to live without his own parents , brother and sister. Her sister in law and brother in law and mother in law, and father in law are actually her own relatives her own sister brother mother and father. I want to tell her that the life is the name of struggle and name of compromise. The intelligent person is that who survives in each and every condition. If she do so she will win her life and she will be the best personality known to me.
What are the key messages you would like to send: My name is SUMIT, I have only one sister her name is 'RITIKA' and she is married with a very beautiful, smart, handsome and intelligent guy. They got one son (his date of birth is 9th September 2003 and his name is 'RAJNANDON'.I love her a lot and she is my best friend in this world. We used to fight with each other when we were children, but now when i am living at so far I am missing her alot. When i was in 8th standard in my school then she went to HOSTEL for higher studies , She lived in hostel for 3 years (1994-1997) and we all (Me and my parents) missed her alot. She always supports me in each and every condition. She understands me very well. She can understand what i want even if i don?t tell her anything .when she came back from hostel after finishing her higher studies then i left home for my higher studies(1996-1999).And we couldn't have enough time to spend together. when i finished my studies (1999).Then i had to leave the again for my job and further studies(till 2001) when i came back home again after finishing everything then i opened my own business in my home city so that i can spend some time with my parents and with my sister. but then my parents were looking for a suitable match for her, she got married on 15 oct 2002 after my birthday on 10th oct. These dates are really very important for me. I was really very very happy on her marriage and was happy because she was getting married with DHEERAJ who is a very intelligent, cool, well mannered, good natured, smart, handsome and lovable guy. I know that He trying to give all the happiness to my sister in her life.
After the marriage of them i came to UK for my next studies.I came in UK in month of MAY 2003. I was studying in UK and was working as well. I was in touch with all my friends and my family and with my sister and her family.
Do you have any funny, sad, happy, embarrassing or otherwise memorable moments that you would like to share:when i was just leaving INDIA,on the Airport my sister and my parents were crying, i also wanted to cry but i didn?t want to show them that i am sad too.The airport from my home was about 130 miles away.My parents, one of my friends and my sister and her husband came on the airport to say me goodbye. Then at the airport RITIKA and DHEERAJ gave me a book as a gift. This book is really wonderful. whenever i felt sad or embarrased i read that book. And that book always inspires as my sister and DHEERAJ do all the time.
BIRTH of RAJNANDON
when i left INDIA i knew that my sister was pregnant but i didnt say anything to her because then it could be make her more sad. On 9th of september 2003 i was sleeping, I got a call from my mum, she was telling me that i have become Maternal Uncle ,RITIKA has just given birth to a baby. I was really happy. on that day i didn?t have enough money to go back to india to see the new born baby. But i wanted to go to INDIA to see the baby , so i started to work very hard , i was doing three jobs .i planned to reach INDIA on 10th october 2003 so i worked 1 month very hard , earnt enough money to buy a ticket and to enjoy there. I chosen 10th oct. because it was my birthday and on 15th oct. RITIKA's and DHEERAJ's marriage anniversary and on 25th oct. there was the HINDU's greatest festival 'DIWALI'. I tried to book the ticket for 9th october so that i can reach my home on 10th october.I paid ?100 extra for a ticket on that day.and the main thing was that i never told anyone in INDIA that i am coming back to india, so i gave a big-big surprise to my SISTER and to my parents. When i reached home i rang the ball at door. my father opened the door and his eyes were open that wider that i can't explain then he shouted "Sumit's Here". and my sister heard it she came out of the room and she just holded me that tightand hugged me to check is it a dream or reality.i stayed in india for 3-weeks and i really enjoyed these 3 weeks very much, we celebrated Ritika's and Dheeraj's marriage anniversary very much. And in today?s time I will be happy if she keeps her in laws happy.
On their 2nd anniversary i am in uk, and i cant go to india this time but i want to give them such a gift which shows my feelings to them and they can feel me in between of them and they can get my message exactly what I wanna tell them.

| Hello, my wonderful sister, these words are just for you, because I?m proud of who you are, and I?m very proud of what you do. And I do love you so very much, I miss you, I?m thousands of miles away, and I?ve got so much love in my heart, yes, I do have some heartfelt words to say. You see, you?re so important to me, I?ve never really said just how wonderful you are, but if my love for you were a distance, then it would be further than the furthest star. And I know you?re having your troubles over there, it?s never plain sailing, this thing called life, and you?re starting to question your future, you?re starting to wonder about your role as a wife. Look, I want you to know I?m on your side, but there are certain things I don?t understand, and preferably, I want you to stay with your family, and throughout your life, hold your husband?s hand. And your in-laws are your family here, life is the name of struggle and compromise, intelligence is surviving each and every situation, it?s being able to look at yourself through your eyes. And if you can face this monumental challenge, then you?ll be the best personality known to me, and I just wanted to thank you for being you, you?ve made my world a great place to be. I know we used to fight when we were younger, but now, being so far away, I miss you a lot, and with you in my life, I?m rich, with you as a sister, I know exactly what I?ve got. I?ve got someone who always understands me, and someone, who, unconditionally will give me her support, and I was so happy when you married Dheeraj, there?s an intelligent, cool well mannered guy, I thought. And the book you gave me was so wonderful, whenever I feel sad or embarrassed I read that book, and I?ll never forget when I came home in 2003, and I?ll never forget the wonder in Dad?s look. ?Sumit?s Here? he exclaimed to everybody, and you came rushing out and held me tight, and that one hug spoke many volumes, and Ritika, I just want to make sure you?re alright. And I?ll back any decision that you make, but you know what I want, here in my heart, but no matter, I will always love you, (and I wanted to say that, but I didn?t know where to start). |
