It will be a year on August 17, that
Sally passed away. She had lung cancer which she fought for about 18
months. She tried so hard to beat it, but it just wasn't meant to be.
She was 34 years old. Her husbands name was Bob, he was by her side
until the end, hoping and praying for a cure. She was also the mother of
triplets, who were almost 1 year old when she found out she had cancer.
They are 2 girls, Morgan & Taylor and a boy Sam. She was so happy when she found out she was pregnant, and she told me she enjoyed every minute of being pregnant, even though she was quite uncomfortable. She and Bob had been married about 8 years before she had the babies and they were so thrilled to have 3 babies at one time. She loved the babies so much. She liked to sing to them, and to make up songs for them using their names and about things they were doing. She always had a big smile even when she was suffering so much. She loved life! She was a travel agent before she became a Mom and enjoyed planning leisure travel for her customers, because she knew they would be having fun. She was the baby in our family. She had a sister & brother who were 7 & 8 years older than she was, so she had lots of attention as she was growing up. She grew up in the mid west, but moved to Washington State after she married Bob. She missed Kansas, but grew to love Washington. Her Dad passed away about a year before she did. She had so many good friends who loved her and miss her big smile, as well as her family who loved her and miss her so much. I hope you will be able to write a verse for Sally. The thing most everyone remembers about her was her love for life, family and her pride in her babies Morgan, Sam & Taylor. Thank you very much, If at all possible, I would like to have this for family and friends on the Anniversary of her death. She is missed so much by her friends and family. She was such a bright spot in all our lives, it just doesn't seem fair that something like this could happen to her. Thanks again to you. Thank you very much . Martha Eder
| Sally was a proud and devoted mother, a loving and caring wife, she loved her family and babies, and just about everything in her life. She was a joy to be with, she was such a bright spot, she is missed so much by her friends, in fact, an awful lot. But life doesn't last forever, sometimes its cut way too short, try adding up the logic, sometimes it'll come to nought. That's why planes crash in the night, that's why ships get lost at sea. Some things just go and happen, that's the way they were meant to be. So I could be so very angry that she drew such a short straw, and I could feed off that anger, probably, for ever more. But instead I'll be thankful, for the memories of all our years, and I'll drink from our cup of happiness, that was filled with our grieving tears. |
