| Hello, my wonderful Gaga, this poem is just for you, because I'm proud of who you are, and I'm so proud of what you do. And I'm so very glad you're in my life, and I'm grateful for all the lessons that you've taught, you've given some great life skills, in fact, attributes that simply can't be bought. You've taught me how to negotiate, and trust me, this boy is going far, because how can I possibly fail with lines like: "Here's the deal, Gaga" ? Now, I know I was only little when you watched me, and I guess that I'm a big boy now, I'm so very grateful for everything that you've done, I'll promise to pay you back someday - somehow. You've taught me so many things, family memories, songs and nursery rhymes, and no matter where I go from here, I'll know that these were my very happy times. I loved it when you played with me, and you'd tell me stories, full of magic and the odd spell, I believed every word that you said, and I do love you so very much - can you tell? Now, I know three year olds can't write, but I've already said you've given me such a head start, you've shared your immense and wonderful wisdom, and we're already joined together at the heart. I know that you're both sad and glad, but you?re happy to see me grow as a fine little boy, but don't you worry none, Gaga, I'll always be your pride and joy. And I know that Mom is so very grateful, you've been her rock, her leaning post, and of all the daughters and mothers in the world, I know that she loves you the most. I'm going to grow and make you proud, make you proud of the role that you've definitely played, I'm going to achieve some great, great things, thanks to the positive difference that you've made. And please don't worry, I'll still play with you in the pool, and of course, you can still have your ice cream, because of all the grandmothers in the world, Gaga, you're the best - you truly are this boy's dream ! |
