Why do you want the poem written: I want to express to him the way I feel, I am not very good at talking about my feelings, but I can write them down well.
What style of poem would you prefer (happy, sad, romantic etc.): Romantic - its for our 1 year anniversary.
What are the key messages you would like to send: That he truly is my Soulmate and I am so blessed to have him in my life. He completes me and I can't wait to spend forever with him.
Do you have any funny, sad, happy, embarrassing or otherwise memorable moments that you would like to share: I wrote how I feel this is what I want to tell John: I think you are wonderful... and I am lucky to have you. Thank you for listening and always being compassionate. I can?t wait to spend FOREVER with you. I feel as though you and I are one... we can sense things we can finish each others sentences and we can communicate without saying a word... that is beautiful gift, one I hold so dearly. When we hold each other we fit together... it?s like an egg in an egg carton... you are the carton and I am the egg and your body just surrounds and holds me perfectly. I feel safe when I am with you, I have never felt that way with anyone. When you hold me I know this sounds dumb but it the best way to explain it... when you are holding me in your arms it feels as though no matter what, everything is going to be okay. You make me smile just by opening doors for me ALL the time... that?s a sweet thing every time you do it. The way we look into each others eyes with such compassion... love... and sincerity is unlike anything I have encountered. I love the way you take your Baby Book to the library with you... I love that you build motors... I love how you always want to fix everything... even things you have no control over... I love the way you pour yourself wine and are convinced you drink it... I love the way you treat Toby and Harley - like they have always been your dogs... I love how when you are in hurry you come in and say... how are we going in here? I love that when we wake up in the middle of the night we tell each other we love each other... I love when we cook dinner together? I love how you make me laugh... I love how we jump out of planes together? I love how the last time we jumped out of one you asked me to marry you? I love how we laugh about our problems? I love how we play UNO, I love how I get warm fuzzies when I am with you... and when I am not with you when I think about the good times we have how I get warm all over and can't wait to see you again... I love how we watched the Notebook and both layed there for hours in tears, I love that you always catch me when I run... but most of all I love that you asked me to lunch on January 19, 2004 for with out that, the rest may never have happened. I am so excited about our future, I am proud to be your wife, Sarah Mandabach and I am so excited to spend my forever with you, my best friend. Without A Word
| I'm not very good at expressing my feelings, but you'll see, I can write them down pretty well, because I have so much love in my heart, yes, I do have quite a tale to tell. Firstly, I think I'll begin by looking upwards, and thinking of those in the heavens above, because I know I've been blessed to have shared you, I know that I've been blessed with your love. My soul-mate - John Mandabach, (I think that's what I'll all you from here on), because I can't believe it's been one year already, I can believe how quick that time has gone. But through that time, we've grown together, and that's the way it'll stay for the rest of time, because I can't wait to spend forever with you, you are the one that has put the reason in my rhyme. I do love you so very much, in truth, I love you with all my heart and soul, for with you in my life, I am complete, you are the one that makes me completely whole. I know that I'm lucky to have you, and I've never said just how wonderful you are, but if my love for you were a distance, then it would be further than the furthest star. I'd also like to thank you for being so compassionate, and thanks for always giving me a listening ear, and it's because I've spent the last 12 months with you, well, that's what's made it my very best year. I feel as though you and I are one, and I know that this may cause others to scoff, but I think we can read one and other's minds, because we're always finishing each other's sentences _ _ _. Our telepathy is such a beautiful gift, and it's one that I treasure and behold, and I'm so looking forward to our future, to our future stories, as yes unwritten and untold. So I'll finish by saying nothing, and there'll be the sweetest things you've ever heard, because I am going to send my love to you, so here it comes, I'll send it (without a word). |
