Odd Boulders
| Billie and Sean, you have earned my firm admiration, because your love it shines so very bright, your love is so pure and unconditional, it is like a wonderful guiding light. You've had your tough times, and yes, there have been a few ! You've had more than just the odd boulder, more than the odd hurdle to jump through. But when the going got tough, that's when you stuck closer together, and when Madison came along, your two souls became as one (and forever). And we're gathered here today, because of a previous false start, you were separated by an error in court, but you were still joined at the heart ! You've been friends since the 4th grade, you've been in love ever since High School , you've shown the world your commitment, and loyalty and honesty has been your rule. Your love would be called Mount Everest, if that love was a mountain to climb. It would be all the ages past (and future), if that love was a measure of time. It would be all the seas of the world, if that love was an ocean blue-green. It would be the brightest ever rainbow, if that love was all the colors ever seen. It would be called Oxygen, if that love was an air to breathe. It would be the collective hopes of the world, if that love was a dream to believe. And it would be called the Universe, if that love was the stars above, and I think that it is so wonderful, that you can marry a man with that much love. They say that everything for a reason, even though sometimes its not that clear, just know that we're so very proud of you, and that we love you both so very dear. And as you step out into your brave new world, (and I know that you've got very broad shoulders), just know that we are here for you, and whatever you do - watch out for them boulders ! |
