Poem to brother on the loss of his new born son, now an Angel in Heaven

Why do you want the poem written: My brother is 17 and just lost his first born son, Trenton Michael Braithwaite was born on February 18 2005 and died on February 19 2005, my brother never got to see him, and misses him so much,and i love my brother very much!
What are the key messages you would like to send: my brother never got to see his son,he loved him so much,Trenton is his angel in Heaven now, and knows that his daddy loves him, i really want my brother to know that Trenton will be with us all and even though he was here only a day he made such a big impression on our hearts and that we will love him forever, his daddy, aunt Kasey , aunt missy ,nanny,grandaddy let him know that we miss him so, his daddy races go carts and was looking forward to taking his son racing to,when he got old enough.he was taking to soon, we never seen him with his eyes open , only closed, my brother never held him, only got to see his picture with tubes hooked to him, aunt missy got to hold him and so did nanny we told him that we loved him even though he had already went to heaven.
Do you have any funny, sad, happy, embarrassing or otherwise memorable moments that you would like to share: My brother never got to see or hold his son, he didnt get to the hospital in DC in time, my nephew was so beautiful and he looked like my brother.
Do you have any other comments or thoughts: just let him know that his daddy loves him and that everybody mentioned above does to and that we are always thinking about him and we just miss him and we'll see him in heaven and to save a spot for us all

Again And Again
| Some people get to live a lifetime, they get to live out their three score and ten, but then others, they never quite get that far, there's no telling when you'll have your where and when. But everybody gets to leave this Earth, sadly, everybody has their final day, and that one line says so very much, but it still leaves quite a lot to say: You see, we know you loved Trenton Michael, and we know that you loved him with all your heart, and I just wanted to say "I'm thinking of you", but in truth, I didn't know where to start. Because sometimes there's no rhyme nor reason, things just go and happen, it's as simple as that, and it's no use looking for the justification, I know it's so sad, but it's a matter of fact. I know you never got to see Trenton Michael, but he'll always be with you, in your very soul, and together, you'll still walk through life, and you'll find that one will keep the other whole. And it's about now that we should skywards, and think of your little angel, in the heavens above, because I know we've been blessed to have shared him, I know that we've been blessed with his love. And some people get to live out their seventy years, but sadly, they've never really get to make a mark, but Trenton will be forever a part of us, you watch, his love, our sunshine, will brighten the dark. He made such a big impression while he was here, and there are so many that loved him so, his daddy, aunt Kasey, aunt missy, nanny, granddaddy, well, he was loved more than he'll ever know. But I'm sure he'll be with you when you're racing, he'll be right there with you, behind that wheel, and he'll still be there to talk to, whenever you want, just let him know exactly how you feel. We never got to see him with his eyes open, and I know that you never got to hold him tight, but maybe, his eyes were already somewhere else, maybe he'd already started to see the light. And maybe God had bigger plans for him, maybe God had already discovered his honest worth, and maybe he thought he'd make a better angel, maybe he'd already served his purpose on Planet Earth. But I know that he'll save a spot for us all, so when the time is right, we'll be together once more, and he already knows that his Daddy loves him, and that's probably what these words are for. Because I'm sure Trenton doesn't want you to hurt, you've both already been through too much pain, just know that the love that you share is everlasting, and one day you'll get to hold him (again and again). |
